✨6 months ago today , I lost my older sister to Epilepsy💜. I tried to avoid it because when I think of her I just breakdown . Grief is not a joke. It changed me , showed me , and I still don’t understand why but I’m still processing everything . I Love you Tiff Chanel 💜🕊️

Hey Cakez, yes we're still in the house lol But we can make the best of it. In honor of Mental Health Awareness month I want to do a 5 day meditation with my dance family. •

I wanted to invite you guys to my new world lol Sooo I haven't been teaching class/dancing (Trying my best not to lol) because of an injury. I'm listening to my body and I'll be back in no time. I was meditating before the injury but now that I'm a bit more still, its helped in other areas tremendously. We're all on this LIFE journey together so why not help each other out.
