22. What a year 21 brought. Moved across the country started a business that has done over 500k in revenue. Grateful for God for helping me hit my goals and not to stray from the path I’m on. Grateful for my friends for holding me accountable and helping me get into rooms I would never thought I’d be in. I know I’m not the best but I will be. Not just for myself but for my family. I got a chip on my shoulder and I CANT SLEEP THROUGH THE NIGHT

It’s such a blessing to be able to love so deeply🫀 I still battle with letting every emotion, even the difficult ones, hold space in my heart. But l’ve come to realize that joy, pain, sadness, and everything in between are so precious because it means we are still experiencing this beautiful planet and the beautiful souls around us.

“We think that the point is to pass the test or overcome the problem, but the truth is that things don’t really get solved. They come together and they fall apart. Then they come together and fall apart again. It’s just like that. The healing comes from letting there be room for all of this to happen: room for grief, room for relief, for misery, for joy.”

If you’re in a particularly low state, just know that the valley will inevitably become the peak. Life is always going to be filled with uphill battles, but take a moment to FEEL. Because being able to feel so deeply, all emotions life throws our way, is beautiful, and IS the human experience🫶🏻
