"Happy World Theatre Day!

Theatre is more than just entertainment; it's a powerful tool for healing, growth, and connection. By immersing ourselves in stories, characters, and emotions, theatre helps us process our thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

The benefits of theatre on mental health are numerous:

- *Emotional release*: Theatre provides a safe space to express and release emotions, reducing stress and anxiety.
- *Empathy and understanding*: By walking in characters' shoes, we develop empathy and compassion, breaking down stigmas and fostering connection.
- *Self-reflection and awareness*: Theatre encourages us to reflect on our own experiences, gaining valuable insights into our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
- *Community and belonging*: Theatre brings people together, creating a sense of community and belonging, essential for our mental wellbeing.

As we celebrate World Theatre Day, let's acknowledge the profound impact theatre has on our mental health. Whether you're an actor, audience member, or simply a fan, theatre has the power to transform, inspire, and heal.

Share with us how theatre has positively impacted your mental health! #WorldTheatreDay #TheatreForMentalHealth #MentalHealthMatters"

Our last event was like a movie. Our Picassos had an amazing experience sipping, painting and singing their favorite songs.
