We’re incredibly proud to be involved with both Heist and Protest from @presidentband
Protest has been using our extended scale 5 string MV-bass for a while now and Heist has just taken delivery of his Baritone 7 string Verona Modern.

Check out their debut album Blood Of Your Empire.
It’s been on repeat here since release on Friday.

Any of you lucky enough to be seeing their sold out US rallies, let us know what you think of these beasts!

My original offset model called the Rawson is a 24 ¾ scale set neck. Pad @corriganpickups flipped that all on its head when he asked for a baritone/bolt on version of it. Here are the results. We like it so much it’s a normal available thing to build now. The specs on this one are as follows. Mahogany body, quarter sawn maple neck all from @exoticwoodsinc. Curly maple top. @richlite fretboard. @jescarmusic 57110 stainless frets. @hipshotproducts open gear locking tuners, @evertune bridge. 22 frets and a 28 inch scale length. @corriganpickups Uruk in the bridge only. We snuck a battery box in the back for possible future developments. And the finish is an open pore satin nitro from @oxfordsupply. I also started using and discovered @puretonetechnologies output jacks on this one and they are 👌. Single push/pull volume. @jimdunlopusa strap locks. I think that about covers it. There is a couple more of these in progress (in different colours and pickup configurations) if you want one.

Skateboard Banjo Rims - Step 8
Rim Caps

I’m using @richlite for my rim caps, which is the same as @skatelite… which is used on every mega ramp, pro half pipe and wood skatepark you’ve ever seen. To keep the upcycle theme going I’m trying to find cutoffs from old or new ramps, so if you know any builders who might have some lemme know!

Strategy-6 Custom - "Uncle's Privilege"

This instrument was commissioned in loving memory of my dear Uncle Rich. He was a lover of craft, of music, and above all a lover of community. He always wore a big turquoise cabochon ring. Rich would often declare "Uncle's Privilege," before stealing your food, cutting an 8 year old in line for birthday cake, or holding your Spiderman action figure just out of reach. He was an avid pool player and loved the craft of custom cues. His presence warmed and lightened every room he sat in. I'll always associate Rich with walnut, after he thought to set aside some wooden rounds from a felled tree from the yard for me. He brought a lot of joy and a bit of mischief anywhere he went. Rest easy, and enjoy the privilege.

Strategy-6 custom guitar, featuring:

🔷curly claro walnut top
🔷one piece curly sassafras body (chambered)
🔷pool cue-inspired diamond inlay motif
🔷recon turquoise inlays and appointments
🔷custom Elysian Valkyrie humbuckers
🔷gold Hipshot hardware
🔷richlite black diamond fretboard
🔷flamed maple and roasted flamed maple neck
🔷gold alloy frets
🔷tru oil finish

Now that the @museband WOW Signal tour is in full swing, we thought some of you may have seen this new guitar of @mattbellamy during the recent shows.
We had a lot of fun working with Matt and the artistic team to bring this together for the tour.
