May 15th became a special day for me. 5 years ago today! I dropped my EP “Unheard” During Covid! Man this project did a lot for me. Me & @prodbyjust were going back & forth on calls & texts, he was sending me stuff and I said let’s drop a project, at least I think I did 😂 it was a project were I wanted to master hooks along with the verses that I already knew I could put together. But man what an impact it made! Had people screaming “BABAMAKECLASSICS” & that’s all we do. This is also around the time where @viiewco decided to pick up a camera. We started shooting a bunch of footage, I was very much alone & on my own at this time , and he said “bro let’s document everything” we started traveling everywhere together, anything we did we shot! As things started to open up from covid, then we documented the events I had too. Fast forward all that footage is gone, u know .. hard drive issues🤷🏻‍♂️🥲 pray for us we tryna get it back haha. That’s why a lot of what u see here were old ideas & stuff I was able to hold onto. 4 Years ago today I dropped a 2 pack called “Ocean City” Man what a follow up! 😮‍💨 7+mill streams later here we are still grinding! It ain’t easy! But I can’t quit now. Thank you to everyone & anybody who’s ever supported me & believed in me. I don’t take it for granted. I might’ve lost sight of things at a time, but God am I appreciative, and humbled. I learned a lot. Love.🫶🏼💙 #stv3 #unheard #oceancity #love #music #babamakeclassics #riot
