🚀 REAL RISE 2026 | LAS VEGAS, NV 🎰🔥

Attending REAL RISE in Las Vegas was another reminder of why I made this decision. The people, the vision, the technology, and the endless opportunities that make REAL different from the traditional brokerage model.

Two years ago, I made a move that turned out to be one of the BEST decisions of my real estate career. 💯

I was looking for a better business model, a place where I could build something bigger.

Not only am I saving money, but I’m also making a lot more and discovering new opportunities that have helped me rethink what’s possible in this business.

I want other agents to know that you don’t have to stay somewhere just because it’s where you started. Making the right move can change the WHOLE trajectory of your business.

📲 DM me “REAL” or give me a call. Your next move could be your best one yet.

Brooklyn real estate is still moving, especially for homes with real character and the right strategy behind them.

393 Park Place is now under contract at over $3 million, and here is what we know about deals at this level. The price has to be right from day one. The presentation has to make buyers feel something the moment they see it. And the negotiation has to protect the client at every turn.

Emilio Estevez and Richard Polanco brought all of that to this deal. They worked side by side, stayed on top of every detail, and kept the client informed through every step. That is how REHUB operates on every transaction, whether it is a first apartment or a multimillion dollar brownstone.

If you own a home in New York or in Tampa and have been wondering what it could sell for in today’s market, now is a great time to find out.

DM us for a free home value review. No pressure, only real numbers and a real plan.

The numbers do not lie.

72 units is the goal for this year, and every accepted offer and under contract deal you are about to see is a receipt of the work our team is putting in daily.

This is not luck. This is the result of showing up, following the system, and staying accountable to the goal every single week.

Grateful for this team and excited for what is still ahead.

REHUB is building. 🏡📈

New NAR data for 2026 confirms something you’re already feeling out of 1.36 million licensed agents nationwide, 84% closed ZERO deals through the first half of the year. Another 13% percent closed between one and four. That’s 97% of the industry, BARELY moving.

Look at the other end of the chart. Only 0.4% of agents nationwide closed between fifty and ninety nine deals in that same window. That bracket is REHUB’s actual production, not a projection, not a goal, the real number sitting inside the smallest slice on the page. That puts us among the top half of 1% of our peers selling real estate.

Production like that does not happen by working harder than everyone else. It happens when systems, leadership, and an equity model replace guesswork, so every deal builds something that outlasts the transaction instead of resetting every January.

You have already proven you can produce at a high level. The question worth asking is whether your current brokerage turns that production into something you keep, or something you repeat.

Alignment decides which bracket an agent sits in the second half of the year, not effort alone. 💥
