Why correct guidance matters 👇
Youth athletes need structure, not guesswork.
Training should match growth, sport demands, and where you are in the season.
Good guidance protects bodies and builds consistency.

What a structured program does instead 💪
Planned progressions, not random volume.
The right dose of stress, with recovery built in.
Strength that actually carries into training and competition.

The real payoff 🔑
Fewer injuries across the season.
Better recovery between sessions and games.
Resilient athletes built to last the full year.

Save this and ask yourself, is your training planned or guessed?

Preseason isn’t the time to guess. It’s the time to build the engine that wins games.

Insights into a field session running a full speed, basic mechanic drills, speed, change of direction and conditioning block with our local senior teams as they gear up for the season. Every drill had a purpose. Sharp accelerations, clean mechanics, smart repeat efforts and conditioning that actually carries over to match day.

The exact principles I use with these athletes are the same ones built into my programs inside the app. Clear structure. Smart progressions. Real performance outcomes. If you want to train like the athletes I coach each week, you don’t need to be on this field with me. You just need a plan that’s designed with intention and backed by years of coaching.

Ready to step into your season prepared instead of playing catch up? Grab the preseason program and start training like an athlete today.

I wasn’t sure if I’d ever play footy again, but this year I said I will give it a crack! It has been a pleasure being able to run out and play the game I love again!

Massive thanks to @richo.j.j for capturing me in my element, side stepping these youngsters 😂

Video at the end gives perspective on what Richo captured in these photos 🙌🐬

It’s been a pleasure to be apart of the development of the players for 2024 at the Kawana Dolphins. I am really looking forward to see how the hard work has paid off for their preseason.

Not long till round 1 💪

Couldn't make it to training this week because work so busy, but manage to get a Saturday beach session in with these boys.

Union one day, league the next. Had an awesome season playing both games, a sport I love.

Now to focus on union Grand Finals and then Union rep season, which will flow into the rugby 7s. My favourite of them all. No rest
