🔥 Breaking Down the Fight Game with Shelton “The Gravedigger” Graves 🔥
Every session with Shelton “The Gravedigger” Graves is a masterclass. 🥊

We’re not just throwing punches…
We’re breaking down the fight game.

Talking:
👊 Terence Crawford – calm, composed, always in control.
👊 Canelo Alvarez – tight, efficient, punishing to the body.
👊 David Benavidez – pressure, volume, relentless heat.
👊 Tyson Fury – movement (The Juice), IQ, presence.

But today’s word?

💥 THE JUICE. 💥

As Ron “The Choirboy” Stallings and Shelton say —
You can have skill.
You can have power.
You can have conditioning.

But if you don’t have the JUICE…
The snap.
The intention.
The life in the punch.
The belief behind the movement.

It’s just motion.

Stay tight.
Turn the hips.
Sit down on the shot.
Be first. Be sharp. Be intentional.

Grateful for these sessions.
Grateful for the wisdom.
Grateful to study the sweet science with a Gravedigger mindset.

🎯 Develop the Juice.
🎯 Stay tight with your punches.
🎯 Train like it matters.

This isn’t about survival anymore.
It’s about legacy — about what it means to stand tall when life keeps trying to pull you under.

Coach Lance teaching the kids how to get the fight to the ground!!! 🤼 Boxing with moves like this is the ultimate combo!

Your child having the skill and knowledge to able operate and succeed in all areas of self defense is super important.

This why we make it mandatory our kids practice wrestling techniques like what former collegiate wrestler, Coach Lance, is teaching.

MMA Training is such a GAME CHANGER for kids development.

Not only are they exposed and trained in multiple disciplines of self defense, but each and every session is jammed packed with life lesson that will shape their minds to being the best they can be!

Parent grab a free training pass to have you child try a practice in the next open session!

🚀 Saturday Slam Session Circuit 🚀
This isn’t just a workout—it’s a place of hope and transformation. 💥

Rowers pulled, SkiErgs slammed, jump squats soared, hand-release pushups grounded, kettlebells swung, lunges traveled, and medballs rotated—every rep was fueled by a “believe we can, so we will” mindset. 🔑

Here, we meet you on your step and guide you forward with consistent progress. Every push, pull, and slam is about more than fitness—it’s about unleashing the champion within. 🏆🔥

Together we lift, sweat, and uplift one another from start to finish. 💪✨

Tambo and I suited up in our matching Phillies gear for a day I’ll never forget — his 11th birthday and being honored during the Phillies Salute to Service game. ⚾🐾❤️

Not long after that incredible moment, our world changed with his cancer diagnosis. But if there’s one thing Tambo has shown me, it’s that a true warrior never stops fighting. His resilience, his pure happiness in every moment, and his unwavering will to live inspire me daily. That is heroism in its truest form.

Thank you to the Phillies for honoring his service and giving us memories I’ll carry forever. 🙏

💬 Drop a 💜 for Tambo’s courage!
💬 Tag someone who inspires you.

Whether they were a client of mine or not I would still stand by this statement!

@oysterandreel The best waterfront bar on the Chesapeake!

They have great music, food, drinks, games, docks, free boat shuttle, service, crabs out of this world, wings, real chefs, personable and fast bartenders with decades of experience.

I can't say enough about this spot! All fall and winter long they are going to keep coming up with new exciting things for the community to come and enjoy!

If you don't know, the new owners have lived next door to this bar for 20 years. Being entrepreneurs with 6 other businesses themselves like many have sat at that bar and restaurant thinking of all the "things" they would do there if they owned it.

So when the opportunity came to buy into it they jumped at the chance and have been doing all of those things one by one for the whole community to enjoy! Stay tuned for more exciting things to come, from movie night on the water, to corn hole tournaments, bikini contests, line dancing lessons, ravens meet and greets, fishing tournaments, poker runs, you name it!

Crazy part is we have only been open for 6 weeks and are just getting started!!!
