🏅MEDAL MONDAY🏅

Pics

3. Rameena’s first 5K & medal 5️⃣🚀

We’re one of the fortunate few crews that get to celebrate multiple medals throughout the season. That’s not taken lightly.

Our community is small only in number, not possibility or capability🚀.

📆2025. The birth of Runs & Rides.

We’ll never get your firsts again.

We’ll never get our first ride back. Our first London to Brighton…our first 10K, half marathons, first medals🏅. We’ll never experience that first time again.

Beyond grateful to the many faces and friends who chose to experience their firsts with @runsxrides.

Couldn’t have asked for a more eventful 6 months and it only puts 2026 in grander perspective.

THANK YOU to anyone who took time out to advise, share, converse, help, and participate in the movement for better movement 🫡

Time to find out who’s got the best hot chocolate in London 🚴‍♂️

Presenting the Coco Motive tour☕️:

Starting this week Runs & Rides will be feeding our love for hot chocolate, cinnamon buns and all things homegrown😋.

The Goal of the Coco Motive tour is to:
1️⃣ Keep us on road for the Winter months 🥶
2️⃣ Pour more support into local/grassroots businesses
3️⃣ Explore new areas and hot chocolates🤤

🗓️ December stops:
@chaiguys
@layla_w10
@bikesoup_
@momentumcoffeelondon

We’ll be on tour for at least the Winter months so come along, invite friends even if they meet us there, and tell your favorite cafes to bring their best hot chocolate 😊😂.

Rapha & Rides…& Rex 🦖😵‍💫

Another Friday. Another R&R adventure.
Can’t go wrong with a trip to @rapha_london clubhouse💯

We missed out on the cinnamon bun but the banana bread was a sufficient backup 😅 and the hot chocolate? 8/10🫶

See you all next week.
