Rob Fry

Coach Rob Fry is inducted as the winningest coach in PhD Hoops USA history. Distinguished by his unique ability to combine charisma and fun with a business-like approach, he has led multiple teams to Gold Medals across several different tours. As one of the original winners of the Coach Hutch Passion Award, Coach Fry has used that same driven mentality to establish himself as one of the organization’s most successful Recruiting Coordinators. His contagious energy and passion are unmatched.

Angel Smith

Nicknamed ‘El Capitan’ by his teammates and coaches, Angel Smith was an outstanding player on 4 unique tours over a 5-year span (2022 – 2026). Winner of 2 Gold Medals, he is best known for his boundless energy, leadership and infectious personality. As one of the inaugural recipients of the Coach Hutch Passion Award, Smith parlayed this recognition into a role on the PhD Hoops USA office staff. Hi Bengals Fans, I’m the HELMET OF DOOM. If you’ve been to @TheCantikiLA for Bengals games, we’ve likely met before. I oversee the fun, join in postgame celebrations, place spells on opposing teams and am also a handsome table centerpiece.

When games get tight down the stretch, the entire bar rubs my helmet… and good fortunes tend to go our way!

That’s why… this season, I’m giving every fan a FREE Bengals wristband anytime they stop by my table and give me a GOOD LUCK HEAD RUB!!

I look forward to many Week 1 Head Rubs to kick this season off right!!! #WhoDey #WhoDeyInLA 💀🐯🏈
