Starting out #thankfulthursdays this off-season!

Shout out to my incredible caddy, chauffeur, sponsor, and dad! Thank you for taking me to all my activities, dealing with me when I get upset, carrying my bag, always getting great photos, and of course, paying for it! Could not do it without you! So grateful for all our adventures!

Another roller coaster of a weekend. Warm ups felt off and then my first round was bad. So many unlucky kicks and bad breaks, I shot +7. In between rounds I got to meet the amazing @rklein55 and got one of her tour series suspects! Second round came off so much stronger, and nailed some putts to get +2. Made my way from seven strokes off the lead into tied for first, but lost in a disappointing playoff. Thanks again to my dad @rickdykema for caddying and keeping my round alive. Overall had an awesome time at the #wge event. Can’t wait for the next one!

What an amazing week at #pdgajuniorworlds2022! I played pretty bad on the course, but I had such a fun time! I got to met some awesome pros like Garrett Gurthie, Jessica Weese, Sarah Hokom, Jennifer Allen, Ohn Scoggins, and Juliana Korver. We had an amazing hotel (embassy suites) with delicious omelets for breakfast and a cool view. I got to watch the FP40 lead card crush some drives and nail some putts at Northwoods. Overall an amazing experience!

So grateful to everybody who helped make this event possible for me and all the other players. Thanks to @wm_youth_disc_golf_club for getting my fundamentals right, even if it didn’t always shine through. Thanks to my parents for taking me to this awesome event. Thanks to all the amazing people I met that helped make the experience that much better. And thanks to all y’all for supporting me in pursuing my dreams!

Four former CRCers now proudly UCC! Today we were blessed to hear the wisdom of Bethany Joy Winn as she passed her Ecclesiastical Council with flying colors at the spring meeting of the Grand West Association. Congrats, Bethany!! #ucc #bethechurch #westmichigan #grandwest
