Maybe the secret to having a good life…

…is realizing how good it already is.

Not because everything is perfect.

But because you start noticing the little things.

A sunset.
A laugh with your family.
A random adventure.
A drive you’ll never forget.
The freedom to chase your dreams.
The people who choose to do life with you.

For so long, I thought happiness lived somewhere in the future.

Now I’m realizing it quietly exists in moments like these.

The older I get, the more I believe gratitude changes everything.

What’s one thing in your life today that you would’ve prayed for five years ago?

👇 Read that question again before you answer.

DAY 3️⃣9️⃣ of the Right Back Blessings 💙✨

Tonight we’re recognizing TWO incredible women who dedicate their lives to serving and uplifting others 🙏

💙 @jamila_mimi_griswell

Jamila is more than a teacher.

She’s a mentor, a role model, and someone who genuinely invests in the lives of her students.

She cares so deeply about the young people she serves that many of them become like family. Her impact extends far beyond the classroom, helping students believe in themselves, pursue their goals, and know they have someone in their corner.

People like Jamila don’t just teach lessons—they help shape futures 🌹

💙 bbo0827

We’re also recognizing Blair, who many would describe as the heart of Fairfield Elementary School.

As a school counselor, she goes above and beyond to meet the social and emotional needs of her students while making sure no child feels forgotten.

She helps provide food for students during weekends and long breaks, organizes Thanksgiving food baskets for families in need, and leads efforts like the Star Tree program to help make sure children receive gifts during Christmas.

Behind the scenes, Blair wears countless hats and works tirelessly to support students, families, teachers, and staff.

Her kindness, compassion, and dedication have touched countless lives throughout the community.

People like Blair deserve their flowers NOW 🌹

Thank you both for everything you do for the next generation and for reminding us what service truly looks like 💙

🚨 TOMORROW IS THE BIG DAY! 🚨

After 39 days of blessings, stories, and community impact, we’ll be awarding the special 💰 $400 Right Back Blessing to someone in our community.

DAY 3️⃣4️⃣ of the Right Back Blessings 💙✨

Tonight we’re recognizing TWO incredible people who are using their gifts and their hearts to make a difference in the lives of others 🙏

🎤💙 @mal.uncut

Mal is an incredibly talented artist with an amazing voice and a rare ability to connect with people through music, acting, and performance.

Beyond his talent, he’s also a dedicated volunteer who consistently gives back through Frequency VA events and community initiatives. Whether he’s helping behind the scenes, supporting fellow creatives, or showing up when needed, Mal always finds a way to contribute.

His passion, humility, and servant’s heart deserve to be recognized 🌹

🙏💙 @spgchildrenshome

We’re also recognizing Jacquelyn for her incredible work serving others both locally and globally.

Through her work with SPG Children’s Home and her nonprofit efforts, she’s helped provide critical resources to communities in need. One of the most inspiring examples is helping support a village in Ghana that previously lacked access to water and electricity.

She’s also a pastor here in Virginia, continually serving families, encouraging others through faith, and helping improve lives through action.

Her impact reaches far beyond what most people ever see.

People like Jacquelyn deserve their flowers NOW 🌹

Thank you both for using your gifts, talents, and leadership to make the world a better place.

🌟 Special thanks to @gmancares for sponsoring today’s Right Back Blessing and for their continued commitment to bringing positive events and opportunities to the community.

Be sure to check out the @jazzteenthfestival this Saturday and follow their page to see upcoming family-friendly events happening throughout the year 🎷💙

DAY 3️⃣2️⃣ of the Right Back Blessings 💙✨

Tonight we’re recognizing TWO incredible community heroes who are making a difference through service, compassion, and action 🙏

💙 @local_loop_

We’re recognizing Local Loop for the amazing work they’re doing to support local businesses and strengthen their community.

What started as a way to help local businesses impacted by severe weather and difficult circumstances has grown into a platform that provides free advertising and visibility to businesses that need support the most.

We’re told her husband started this initiative simply because he wanted to help others, and now their city is recognizing them for the positive impact they’ve made on countless local business owners.

That’s what community is all about 🌹

💙 @rickjam3s

We’re also recognizing Eric James for his heart for people and his commitment to serving those experiencing homelessness throughout the 757.

Eric regularly takes it upon himself to prepare lunches and provide food to those in need, helping ensure that people feel seen, cared for, and valued.

He’s also someone who continues working on himself, growing, and transforming his own life while lifting others up along the way.

That’s the kind of energy we love to celebrate 💙

People like Local Loop and Eric James deserve their flowers NOW 🌹🌹

A huge thank you to @teamlamb_inc for sponsoring today’s Right Back Blessing and for hosting another year of the Stop the Violence Juneteenth Festival at Mount Trashmore Park in Virginia Beach. This powerful three-day event continues to bring people together through community, culture, and positive action 🙌

Ok I was gonna take a nap but I’ll sleep when I’m on the way out, since I missed the show I figured I’d be productive. I’m kicking this project into over-drive. For the first time in my life I feel like I’m doing something that matters more than my day in day out routine. Getting sober and feeding the homeless has not only saved my life, it has humbled me in a way that normal problems don’t seem that bad anymore, we take a lot of things for granted. I’ve been getting a lot of feedback and people wanting to help, but my schedule is crazy to the max and I can’t fit all you guys in my car. I will be releasing details soon, but it will be completely free, family friendly, walk-ups welcome and drama free. I think this could be good for friends, community, art and save a little bit of humanity one small step at a time. Maybe with a little help we can change the 757 and surrounding areas. I’m glad that my videos have inspired others because you’ve now inspired me to do this, I’ve never put myself out in the world like this before and I’m nervous as hell but we only live once, and unfortunately some people have it worse. It’s free to be kind to people, love you guys I’ll keep updates coming asap. I’ll make a list of things I’ll need help with too. I’ll try and post it on all the pages so don’t feel like you need to follow this or anything, I’m just gonna try and use this to keep this organized/separate from my other stupid videos. I will never ask you for money, I will never ask for likes/follows/etc this isn’t that kind of page and that’s not what this is about; If someone is asking you for money or anything from this, it’s not me, also this is “family friendly” but keep in mind what we’re doing here, it’s not a glamorous thing and it is very depressing, so a certain level of maturity/respect comes with doing this. I will probably be doing videos but as always no one’s face will be in it, I don’t approve of putting these people on blast, they’re going through enough already, also there will be zero tolerance for any kind of hate/negativity so if you got beef put it aside, I’m not sure what to expect. ❤️
