In Episode 003 of Caution Connect, I sit down with Zeus, a long-time friend and successful entrepreneur who started as a physical therapist attending to clients at my startup gym. Today, Zeus is the proud owner of three physical therapy facilities. We dive deep into topics like work-life balance, family, fitness, and entrepreneurship. Zeus shares his incredible journey, and we discuss how he went from humble beginnings to growing a successful business empire.

I also talk about how I started my own CrossFit gym with just $40k in a small facility, only to grow it into a thriving community of over 600 members. I share insights into the challenges and triumphs of building a gym business from the ground up, and how staying focused on family, fitness, and entrepreneurship has been key to our success. Whether you’re an aspiring entrepreneur, fitness enthusiast, or someone looking for motivation to follow your passion, this episode is packed with valuable advice and inspiration!
