“Between true friends even water drunk together is sweet enough.”

A Sisterhood of Dreams

Recently I’ve been reflecting on women’s relationship with water. Women are often the custodians of their family’s water supply, but, beyond the rhythms of daily life they still have an intimate relationship with water.

Among women, water and rejuvenation are often synonymous for it is with water many of their rituals of self-care are performed.

Where there is water, a community of replenishment gathers. Around its calming surface women find release, connecting with friends and strengthening relationships; stories are told, burdens shared, dreams voiced and memories traded.

For a woman, water goes beyond a chore; it is a vital point of connection to her community of sisters.

Come and see ‘A Sisterhood Of Dreams’ at @indiaartfair from 5-8th Feb, booth F04 with @193gallery. I’ll be there to say hello! 👋🏾

If you’re in Mexico, head over to @zonamaco from 4-8th Feb to see some of my new work from Clouds Bring Blessings.

I’ve always wanted to create my own fabric. This year I finally did.

Journeying into the art of fabric-making, what was supposed to be a reconnection to traditional methodologies soon turned into a recognition of our longstanding dialogue with the environment. This journey into tie & dye was not a nostalgic return, but a yielding of process. Over time, it became undeniably clear that the environment was my uninvited co-creator. The more I tried to control the outcome of the dyeing process, the more she resisted. This isn’t just a series about fabric. It is about impact; about the undeniable entanglement between what we make, and the world we make it in.

Delighted to announce my Solo Show, “Clouds Bring Blessings” opening Nov 8, 2025 - Jan 15, 2026 @193gallery Paris! This new body of work has been a journey of self-discovery, learning, unlearning and surrender. I can’t wait to share it with you.

Visit @193gallery at Booth E13 @154artfair London to see a sneak peek of what’s to come!

Struggling with anxiety, sadness, or pain that just won’t let go?
Type “film” in the comments and I’ll DM you a short film that shows how LightForce Healing®️ can help you release the emotions holding you back right now.

⸻

You are not your pain.
You are not your anxiety, your sadness, your overwhelm, or the heavy stories that replay in your mind.

But I know how real it feels when emotions run your life:
• The fear that stops you from moving forward.
• The anger that keeps bubbling up.
• The sadness that makes you feel small.
• The self-doubt that whispers “you’re not enough.”

Here’s the truth: these emotions are not who you are.
They’re signals. They’re showing you where you are holding unhealed pain in your body and subconscious.

And when you learn how to listen… and how to release…
that’s when life begins to shift.

That’s why we created LightForce Healing®️ — to give you the tools to free yourself from the emotions holding you back, and finally step into the life and purpose you were born for.

It’s not about coping. It’s not about managing.
It’s about fully healing.

So if you’re ready to stop carrying the weight and start living with clarity, freedom, and peace,
Type “film” in the comments and I’ll send you the link.

Your healing journey can begin today. @thelightforcecenter

JAMBO🌍
H DHAMI ft. SHAYOON
AUGUST!

Here’s a photo H took of me on set during our music video shoot. I love it because it’s completely me. Full power, free spirit, dancing from my soul, in Nairobi at a train station I used to come to when I was a little girl. Full circle life moment. Who would’ve thought that the same little girl who was always dancing and singing would be back here now representing full force?

@hdhamimusic and I recorded this track in Amsterdam almost a year ago, with so much love, fire, and intention.

We shot the video in Nairobi, Kenya just days before my birthday. I couldn’t have asked for a more meaningful way to celebrate rooted in my homeland, music, and purpose.

Dance & Music has always been my first love. And this is your reminder that you don’t need to fit into one box. You can be everything your soul calls you to be. Don’t worry about having a title. Worry about ignoring the voice inside that keeps whispering do the thing.

If something tugs at your heart..say yes. Say yes to the art. Say yes to the dream. Say yes to the life that lights up your spirit.

We didn’t just make a banger. We made a movement. The foundation of Jambo is love, unity, and community and proceeds will go toward giving back to the children in the slums of Kenya.

Let this be your sign to chase your thing whatever it is. Age doesn’t matter. What people will think doesn’t matter. What matters is if you actually do it. How much magic do you have that’s unreleased? Turn that magic all the fuckin way up!! If you do anything, please just LIVE.

@hdhamimusic thank you for seeing me, and for sharing in this iconic project with me. Love you brother. Massive congratulations to our whole team and community who came thru so hard for this. I am in deep gratitude to God and to everyone for all of this love. Birthday month success! 🤍

Comment JAMBO and we will send you the pre-save link.

“The inspiration behind my new song ‘JAMBO’ came from the incredible energy, love, and support I’ve felt while performing across Kenya and Africa. I wanted to create something that reflects that connection - and ‘Jambo’ felt perfect. It’s such a commonly used word that instantly brings a warm, welcoming vibe.

What made it even more special was how the pieces just fell into place. Collaborating with Shayoon, who is originally from Nairobi, added an authentic layer & twist to the project. Everything just aligned, and we’ve created something that celebrates culture, unity, and pure vibe.” -H Dhami

“When my girl Sonal @sonalharia said, “I have the perfect collab for you,” I didn’t realize how divine the alignment would be. H Dhami @hdhamimusic wrote a song about a girl saying Jambo… I was born in Kenya and just moved back to Nairobi. I have loved H’s music from day one, so for me it was an honor- plus an opportunity to represent all the cultures with this unity. From there, magic. A year later we just wrapped the video! This isn’t just a track it’s a movement. A global sound with a local heartbeat. The best part is we’re giving back to an amazing cause at the root of it all. Blessed.” -SHAYOON
