I’m really late to post this.
Prohibitive costs of shooting film had led me to pause my practice for many years, but over the last year or so, Ive been lucky to receive so much hype for my work from friends and community who have seen it. So back in January, with the active encouragement of some dear friends and unforgiving push from @merepaasrajmahai , I hosted my first photo show (at @cozy_cafe7113, thanks to @rickyperez1938) as a way to resume that creative practice. I invited my friends and community to both be witness and to support me in taking the first few steps towards making it a more intentional craft. I was so overwhelmed by how many of y’all showed up for me 🥹 And Im so grateful for all the ways you filled up all three of my literal cups with so many ideas and offerings. It has helped me continue forward with more confidence.

I’m in the midst of building momentum. I will share more as I produce more. And I hope your support will continue to follow me along as well. Love you all ❤️❤️❤️

Book me for your cute projects or photo sessions. I lowkey promise we’ll have so much fun.

Can't pass by @sweetmoon_desserts without stopping in to say hi to @rickyperez1938 and introducing him to local resident @claritaguintusantos ❤️. Then picking up some croissants for the boys.

Hey Ricky Perez ! Nice conversation this afternoon. So many topics to discuss that all circle back to the same theme... how do we help each other out.

If anyone is interested in a cozy and affordable event space, give Ricky a call 📞. You won't meet a nicer person.

Thank you to everyone who showed up in the rain 🙏 For those who sought out sunshine, you certainly found it here in abundance. Honestly, every single person who entered the Cafe door...we ARE the village. If we decided to combine all of our talents, passion, compassion, love and belief in humanity, we would BE the difference. No doubt...good spirits always bring out the best in each other.
Thank you to those who just saw the post and stopped by and to those passing by and were encouraged by our smiles to come in and enjoy ❤️
Carla, we are a force to be reckoned with...so happy to have met you❤️🙏
