📋💃 *Is Dancing the Secret to a Better Life?*

We're looking at what the research actually says about dancing and your health. Swipe through 👉
A few highlights:

🧠 A Sharper Mind — better memory, sharper thinking, stronger social connection

💚 Better Mental Health — may support mood as effectively as traditional exercise, sometimes more so

💪 More Strength, Better Balance — key markers of how well and how long we move

❤️ A Longer, Heart-Healthy Life — better blood pressure and cholesterol markers

All backed by real research — full citations in the last slide.

Every benefit above starts on the floor, not in a lab. 📲 Scan through to join a class this week and feel it for yourself.

Behind the scenes: what your first salsa class actually feels like 👀🔥

Huge shoutout to my Salsa Deep Dive students for helping me pull off this Friday shenanigans BTS video 😂💃🕺🔥🥰

Here's the real story: almost everyone in this video had never touched salsa or Casino Rueda before. Zero experience. And somehow we still made magic happen — even when my brain blanked on the Spanish calls and I had to improvise on the spot 😅🐐

That's the beauty of it. You don't need to know the steps. You just need to show up.

Next week, we're growing the circle and adding another FREE Casino De Rueda class, plus a few new fun moves 🕺💃🥰😂

Come find out what it feels like on the inside.
📍 On the Roof
🕘 7pm Rueda De Casino
🕘 8pm Bachata
🕘 9pm Dance Social: Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, Semba, and Kompa

🎨 Meet the artist behind Sunday's ticket

This Sunday's Live Band Salsa Social & Masterclass ticket isn't just an entry pass — it's a piece of art. The bold, collage-style design was created by Donna Kirsten of Tondo Creative, bringing the energy of live music and salsa to life in a single frame.

Follow her work here 👉 @thando.creative

✨ Want yours personalized?

Get your ticket personalized with your name on it — and if you'd like a keepsake, it can be printed at a frameable A4 size to hang on your wall after the party.

📅 Available to anyone who pays by Friday.
🎟️ Full Pass ($10) or Social Only ($5) — see you Sunday!

DM to book your first art piece in our summer series of events and workshops ☀️🏖️💃🏾🕺🏾

🚨📢📣 TURN YOUR VOLUME ON.....🎶 THAT'S THEM YOU HEAR 🎶

The audio on this post isn't stock — that's Afrimba Entertainment, live. This Sunday, they're bringing that same sound to the floor for a full afternoon of live Afro-Latin jazz.

We're pairing it with a 2-hour interactive workshop: Live Band Salsa & Musicality Masterclass. Learn to hear the rhythm, then dance to it as the band plays it live in front of you.

The flow:
1️⃣ Roots of Latin dance & music
2️⃣ Live breakdown of the band's rhythms — right there on stage
3️⃣ Turning what you hear into movement
4️⃣ Open social dancing, live music the whole time

📍 Golden Palm Boutique Hotel, 6 Alvord Rd, Mt Pleasant
🗓️ Sunday, 13 September · 3:00 PM
🎵 Live music with Afrimba Entertainment, all afternoon

💰 $10pp (workshop + band) or $5pp (band only)

🍽️ Set menu (2-course meal + drink) from $25 — book a table via WhatsApp
