2nd show in the 💼✅ — 4th place this time round!

Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the result. There’s still a lot of room for improvement and always more to learn, grow and get better at🫡🦾

Big shoutout to my big bro, “THE GAFFER @joeballinger_ifbbpro & a massive shoutout to all my people who came down to support me. ❤️

Now it’s officially OFF-SEASON. Time to grow, build, improve and come back even better next year🫡🦾

Quick deadlift… Decided to test my strength and haven’t deadlifted for about 3 years. Forgot how tough it is, this deadlift thing is not a joke💀

Last month we hosted our first matcha and mates community social, the sun was on our side and it was good vibes all around 🫶🏾

Things got heated over connect four but nothing wrong with a little competition right 👀 😂

Thanks to everyone that came out and supported our first of hopefully many 🥹

Stay tuned for another one in Spring ✨
