Building wealth is one chapter. Organizing how it’s owned, managed, and passed on is another. 🏛️

This conceptual Cayman trust framework highlights one essential principle: clarity in every role.

▪️ Trust: ownership and succession under its governing terms.

▪️ Holding entities: organization of liquid assets, real estate, and business interests.

▪️ Management LLC: administration and coordination under written agreements.

▪️ Trustee LLC: an authorized trustee or governance role.

▪️ Dynasty trust: a potential multigenerational beneficiary layer.

The goal of this illustration isn’t simply to add more entities it’s to show the distinction between ownership, management, governance, and succession. Each serves a different purpose within the larger framework.

Ownership. Governance. Legacy.

The “Rockefeller Trust Method” isn’t about copying a famous family’s exact trust documents it’s about thinking long term.

The bigger idea is to create a structure that helps a family organize wealth across generations through intentional ownership, trustee oversight, business interests, insurance, lending rules, and a plan for how future beneficiaries may be supported.

This type of multigenerational planning can include:
• A family trust as the central structure
• Holding companies for business interests, real estate, and investments
• Trust-owned life insurance for liquidity and legacy planning
• A family lending strategy for approved education, home, or business needs
• Clear trustee rules and beneficiary guidelines
• A long-term plan that can continue for children, grandchildren, and beyond

The goal isn’t just to pass down money.
It’s to pass down structure, values, education, accountability, and a plan.

Every family’s situation is different, and the right setup depends on your goals, state laws, tax considerations, and the professionals helping build the plan. This graphic is an illustrative framework not a one size fits all trust document.

Comment “LEGACY” or send me a DM if you want to explore what multigenerational planning could look like for your family.

The value of having relationships with those who have great minds is priceless. The importance of remaining humble is key to have access to those who can advance you to the next levels.

Many take information for granted and don’t see the true value it can have on their lives. Wasting these opportunities can be detrimental to your growth.

Grateful for all of those who have helped guide me to where I am today, excited to keep building.

Old money. New money. But most importantly—we know money… and we OWN our money.

As a scaling business owner, banking is MUCH bigger than opening a checking account. If you plan to grow at scale your relationship with your bank matters.
