Annual freshman screening for the 2026–2027 academic year @riderudance as part of Movement Logic’s DPIP (Dance Performance and Injury Prevention) program. Screenings are conducted annually for incoming freshmen, while DPIP services remain available to dance majors throughout their academic program. 🔴DPIP focuses on performance enhancement and injury prevention by addressing factors associated with overuse injuries in dance training, improving access to clinical services, and supporting performance outcomes through on-campus physical therapy, screening, injury prevention strategies, and education. 🔴Highlights from this video include the upper and lower body Motor Control Screen used to identify side to side differences and if there is a minimum level of movement control with bodyweight. The Triple Crossover Hop for Distance is used to assess multidirectional demands and rotational stability. 🔴Additional screening components not shown included isolated joint mobility and strength testing, movement patterns, Beighton scoring, and other assessments used to identify potential risk factors.👍We had a great time learning from the screening observations, and observing individual differences. 🪩 Have a great year, dancers! 🕺💃🏻 #dancerlife #dancersareathletes

Making my NYC choreographic debut at 21 years old: ☑️

I am so grateful and honored to have been chosen to present my work at Arts On Site for What Shifts Here, a show produced and curated by @gwapgawdess. I have always dreamed of bringing choreography to NYC, so i am happy to have received the opportunity to do so!

Honored to be graduating Summa Cum Laude as a double major in Dance Performance and Film/Television with a minor in Film & Media Studies from Rider University! @rider_university

I am so grateful for all of the friends I made at Rider and the memories I’ll keep with me for the rest of my life. From @riderdanceensemble to @ridersemesterla and everyone in between, you made my college experience the best it could be. Thank you to my family for always supporting me, especially my parents who always push me to pursue my dreams and my brother Josh who skipped my graduation to go to Hawaii but (besides that) is always there for me. acda 2026!!

thank you so much to the american college dance association @acda_dance @acdanortheast for hosting such a wonderful conference at Seton Hill University! this was an incredible opportunity and i am so grateful for @riderudance for giving me the chance to perform and dance with so many colleges within the northeast region. i had such a lovely time taking so many different dance workshop classes, and appreciate seeing so many new perspectives of dance not just as movement but a powerful art-form. and i will always be grateful to @sophiannmahalia for having me in your original piece that we got to present at ACDA as well as @meganmazarick for bringing us along on this trip. i loved meeting so many dancers and can't wait to see what the future holds for us :)
