90 MINUTES. 40 RIDERS. ONE HELL OF A ROOM. 🖤⚡️

And on Thanksgiving, I think the best way to describe how I’m feeling is simply THANKFUL. 🥹🤍. Thankful for every rider who showed up, clipped in, and chose to do something hard. Thankful for @kcarsonfit for HOLDING DOWN the start and setting the tone. And thankful for a room full of 40 people who reminded me exactly why I love what I do. I walked into that room not fully knowing what to expect, but… THE ENERGY? THE KINDNESS? THE COMMUNITY? EVERYTHING!!

Three things I walked away with:

⚡️ DOING HARD THINGS BRINGS YOU BACK TO YOURSELF. Sometimes you need to get uncomfortable, dig a little deeper, and prove to yourself that you’re capable of more than you think. Not to punish yourself, but to REMIND yourself. There’s something so powerful about choosing the hard thing and leaving feeling more like YOU.

⚡️ YOU GET OUT WHAT YOU PUT IN. The energy, the effort, the willingness to show up when it’s uncomfortable. It all counts. You don’t have to be the strongest in the room. You just have to decide what you’re willing to give. And sometimes, what you get back is so much bigger than what you put in.

⚡️ WE WERE NEVER MEANT TO DO IT ALL ALONE. Forty riders. Forty different stories. One room moving together. The encouragement, the kindness, the way we show up for strangers like they’re our teammates. THAT is the magic. Sometimes other people help you find the strength you forgot you had.

I came in ready to lead a ride and I left feeling reminded, recharged, and SO incredibly grateful to be part of a community like this. To every rider who trusted us with their 90 minutes: THANK YOU. To Kristy, thank you for bringing us all together from the very start. And to everyone who made that room what it was, I hope you know how special it felt. 🫶🏼

This Thanksgiving, I’m especially thankful for the opportunity to do hard things, to move with purpose, and to be surrounded by people who remind me what it means to show up for yourself AND for each other. That’s what it’s all about,

RENEGADE, YOU WERE SOMETHING SPECIAL!! 🖤🔥

32 WEEKS pregnant with twins teaching spin 🙌🏻

This was one of my last rides before babies and it’s CRAZY to look at this haha - HOW!?

It’s amazing to see how capable our bodies are. Is it the most comfortable, nope. Is it easy, sometimes yes and sometimes NO 🙅🏻‍♀️

I was able to teach and move (thankfully 🙌🏻) both pregnancies. Adjusted when I needed, stopped when it was time, and completely thankful that that I chose to keep at it.

So excited to get back on the bike to celebrate the new version of me and surround myself with the best of the best 🤍 @ridethevault

i may have made a mistake… 😂😅

POV: you ask your riders what you sound like and immediately regret giving them the opportunity to expose you 🤪

What would your instructor’s version of this sound like?

Tag them & their go-to phrases or common coaching moments!!👇🏼🫶🏼🤭
