We’re beyond stoked to welcome Sydney Barros to the Righteous Management family as our newest NIL client!🤞🏾

Sydney is a gymnastics phenom at UCLA, with three years of eligibility left! She’s a three-time USA national team member and is looking to take on the Olympics representing Puerto Rico! 🥇
But Sydney’s journey reaches far beyond the mat. She’s passionate about blazing trails for the next generation, especially for young Black girls and women who deserve to see themselves at the highest levels of gymnastics. Sydney’s all about empowering women and showing that with determination and heart, you can break barriers and redefine what’s possible.
We couldn’t be prouder to support Sydney as she inspires, uplifts, and leads—on the floor, and for the entire community
We’re so excited to have Sydney on the Righteous Management team and can’t wait to help her grow, inspire, and accomplish even more amazing things.
Join us in celebrating Sydney’s incredible journey and stay tuned for all the amazing things ahead

This chapter is about going all out for what I believe & executing on what I’ve learned… OWNERSHIP 🕴🏾🤝🏾

In short, I’ve gotten the door closed on me from everyone I wanted to meet/ work with. Tried fitting in now it’s time to stand out. I’ve been too concerned trying to shape an image to fit in an industry that doesn’t want me in it.. thats over with, I’m done trying to be accepted & betting on me doing things the righteous way 💯 🏁 #tmc #blackownedbusiness #sportsagent #sportsagency #betonyourself🎲 #righteousmanagement #hustle #motivate #inspire
