❤️A tradition close to our hearts❤️
Each child thanking Baby Jesus for something this Christmas…Just like we did growing up.
Now watching our kids continue this tradition feels extra special🙏🏽
Our hearts are full knowing mamita is watching from heaven, smiling at her great-grandkids🥺What made this moment extra special was that this Bebe Jesus was Mamitas😭

This Christmas the greatest gifts we share are faith, family, presence, and gratitude🎁❤️

Every single day we are flooded with body image content that can empower us to strive to work on ourselves by taking the necessary action needed for our health and wellness OR choose content that leads to unrealistic comparisons that lead to wanting and dreaming of “the ideal/perfect body (which DOES NOT EXIST)!”
-
-
The reality is that so many women are struggling with body image and social media is not helping. Again, we choose the content we consume.
-
-
Be mindful of what you are consuming on social media. Ask yourself these questions: 🌱Is it body positive? 🌱Is it empowering me? 🌱Is it promoting self-love and acceptance? -
-
Look for content that inspires you to become a better version of you, that pushes you out of your comfort zone and that shows you relatable transformations. -
-
The goal is to strive towards working on becoming better versions of ourselves every single day. If you are unhappy and unsatisfied with the way you look and feel and you know you can take action, take those necessary baby steps towards your goals AND please do not allow social media to paint you a portrait of perfection. Seek to focus on your health and wellness. -
-
I’ve been helping women moms like myself and women from different walks of life find happiness from within because it starts from inside, loving yourself is an inside job. It’s not about the weight you lose it’s about embracing your body and loving it enough to push yourself for your better version. Don’t settle and remember, everyone’s journey is different.
-
-
Social media and Reality are two separate worlds. Focus on YOUR reality and take the necessary steps towards your own growth, self-love, health and wellness journey.
-
-
If you are looking for guidance and don’t know where to start..start with what best resonates with you, with a group of women or community that will lock arms with you, empower you and challenge you to push harder every single day. -
-
Be committed to your goals no matter what‼️Not for a month, not for a season, not for a day BUT for a lifetime‼️
-
-
Finally, your size, shape and body form don’t make up your value and worth. You are God’s perfect creation and a gift to this world💫
