We’re excited to welcome Riku Brown, Brody Finnegan, and Cale Ihde to Lynne Elite Performance. Throughout the summer, they have been working alongside our staff, supporting our athletes, and gaining valuable experience in strength and conditioning as well as helping out at STP’s.

This week, we are starting out strong with Riku Brown. Riku plays for Gustavus Adolphus College. Riku has been working with Dave for a while now. He is one of the most dedicated and committed athletes in the gym.

Riku is a deceptive forward with a relentless work ethic. He competes hard every shift and leads by example. He is not only a leader on the ice but also in the gym, pushing his peers to the next level.
