cute diy candle-making workshop in melbourne cbd 🎀🕯️✨

this has got to be the cutest activity ever and was so happy with how these turned out! ☺️ had a fun little bachelorette celebrating with the gals (and pals) 👯‍♀️ and this candle making workshop was such a fun experience ✨

we had a session with @enlittstudio.co that welcomed us in their space, where we made and took home 3 different types of candles. there was a normal candle, a wax candle pendant as well as a set of mini candles — all of which is completely customisable and you can decorate them to your heart’s desire. if you have trouble making decisions like me, this place defs didn’t make it any easier with all their variety of decorations, scents and colours to pick from 🥹 I guess a good problem to have?

we were completely guided through the process, didn’t feel rushed at all and it was genuinely such a fun time!

save this for your next date out with the gals 💞

Anddddd it’s a wrap, 2024!

What a huge year it’s been on this platform. I can’t believe how quickly time has flown and the growth it’s gone through. It’s been a big year experimenting and trying to find the style that speaks with me and the audience of this account. I think I still have so much more to give and experiment with and I can’t wait to play with more content styles in 2025 and hope to bring more value to people who come across this page.

I say this every year but I’ll say it again — I am so grateful for the community on here and all the connections I’ve made this year. Whether you’re a follower, a fellow foodie, a business or agency I’ve worked with or just someone who’s swung by because you saw my reel on the explore page — thank you for being part of this! You guys are seriously what makes doing this great and worth it! I started this account more as a memory log of everything I’ve eaten but knowing that it has the potential to be impactful and help others just makes every post I make so much more meaningful to me, so thank you!

To all the businesses I had the pleasure of working with - thank you for reaching out and loving my content. I am always so appreciative of your trust in my content and allowing me to be part of your journey to success!

And to my fellow foodie community - we did it! Another year wrapped. I’m always in awe of the talent in editing skills some of you are able to pull off. Wishing everyone all the best in the new year and to many more yummy eats, experiences and opportunities!

A reel of some snippets of the year, and a memory log for the small moments I got to share with some of you from here. Thank you! 🤍

Fun Activities in Melbourne - ESCAPE ROOM edition 🔍

Calling all the fans who love problem-solving, code cracking, and being extra suspicious 👀 of everything, an escape room adventure at @rushescapegame is the perfect activity idea for your next group get together with friends and fam!

I organised a little fun, wholesome Friday night out with a group of friends just the other week and came to RUSH for one of their escape rooms. We visited the South Yarra one where there were different types of rooms to pick from, ranging from horror (for those who love a bit of thrill 👻) as well as more family friendly ones which is the one we opted for 🥹 (sorry friends, I’ll bite the bullet for this one that I was the scaredy cat in the group 🙈)

I’m not sure about you guys, but tell me I’m not the only who finds EVERYTHING overly suspicious when doing an escape room 😂 we had so much fun rummaging through the room, trying to crack codes, and loved how there was puzzles in the room that you could work together concurrently so it was perfect for big groups like us! 🫶🏼

The rooms itself was decorated really well, on theme to the escape room we chose and which made it a super immersive and fun experience ✨

Thank you @redyolkagency for organising this #invite and @rushescapegame for having us!

Which Escape Room would you pick?
