I think it's safe to say that this week has nearly broken me 😬😬
I have been stressed, challenged, pushed and taken well out of my comfort zone after 7 years as a manager with a lot less clinical contact.
And I definitely needed it!!
Some excellent teaching and wonderful facilities at the @neambulance training facility hopefully has me better prepared for the new Clinical Team Leader role I'm going in to 👍🚑

So the one downside to getting a full compliment of meds, is fitting them all in the one pouch so they fit in the secure locker in the car 🤣
Knew my time playing Tetris would come in handy!!

On the count-down to the new @neambulance Clinical Team Leader role I've been moved in to, with only 15 days left 😬😬

We were lucky enough to welcome the BBC Blue Peter team to the Tynemouth Aquarium site yesterday, so presenter Adam could help us with the rescue seals we are caring for!
He was more than happy to get stuck in and help with feeding for Haggis, and a health check for one of our newest pups, Toast!!
Tune in on Friday the 1st of April to see just how hard we had him working!!

Jumped on with one of the @neambulance crews for a ride-out with a new member of staff.
Ended up in a 10 minute battle with an apron 🤣

LIFTING THE LYD.. on my podcasting experience..🎙 Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock (or had me on mute 😂) you’ll know I launched my podcast last month.

I had the idea back in October (shout out to @grahamefarmer for listening/encouraging!) but I wasn’t prepared AT ALL for how long the whole process was actually going to take to learn: the branding, the gear, the absolute rabbit hole of editing... but it’s got listeners in 10 countries already, the feedback has been amazing, & we’re only on Episode 2! 💥

THANK YOU to everyone who has listened, subscribed, followed on IG/FB or listened to me bleat on about it! The support means so much ❤️
