Such a busy week and weekend for Miss Eunice!!
I attended the EHS Homecoming Tea, getting to spend time with my friends on court, especially my best friend since 5th grade 🥹( I still can’t believe we’re no longer those tee tiny babies). I also rode in the EHS Homecoming parade, it’s so nice to ride around throwing candy to kids who are yelling “ Look at the Queen!”, and it’s so nice just to see everyone come together in my town Im so proud to call my home. I then attended the KBON Festival, and had such a great time! Tune in to KBON 101.1 everyday for cajun, swampop, and zydeco music! I also attended the Spanish Festival Pageant, such a bittersweet event as I got to see my lovely Kennadi give her title to a very deserving new Queen, congratulations Nenah, you’ve got some shoes to fill!! 👑

I don’t believe that anybody feels the way I do about LYS
.
.
.
LYS is not only the third week in July but my second home. It is where I found a place I can truly be myself and was seen and heard for the first time. The letters NMIAI meaning No Man Is An Island has always held a special place in my heart. LYS has opened doors I would’ve never opened, introduced me to people I will always keep close, and gave me confidence to always put myself out there. I am honored to say I was the chairperson for the dolphins this week. I love my LYS❤️
