Reflecting on four years of home games at the Boise Athletic Complex. What a joy it has been to watch Riley and her teammates grow into not just incredible players on the field, but amazing leaders, students, and friends off of it.

It’s hard to believe we’ve watched the last home game of her Boise High career. So many practices, games, wins, losses, celebrations, friendships, and memories are wrapped up in these four years—and I’m incredibly grateful to witness all of it.

There is still plenty of soccer left this season, and I’m excited to watch your resilience and grit on display through districts and, hopefully 🤞, the state tournament.

Riley, I hope the lessons, friendships, confidence, and memories you’ve gained through Boise High soccer stay with you long after the final whistle.

These girls, their cousins, and their friends are such a special group of humans. I’m so thankful I get to witness all the fun, mayhem, and memories they’re making along the way.

Over the weekend, we had to say goodbye to our beloved Tread.

He was the most incredible dog and friend. I swear he spoke English, and he never have a bad day. He had a way of making every moment better just by being there.

I like to think we spoiled him with adventures, family time, and all the love a dog could ask for. But the truth is, we were the spoiled ones.

Tread was so much more than a dog. He was family, a constant companion, and a friend who loved us unconditionally. His presence filled our home and our lives in a way we will never forget.

He will be forever loved, forever missed, and forever a part of our family.

Rest easy, Tread. You were one of the very best!
