Cheesin’ for Jesus😁✝️

Going into this camp I felt that God was wanting to change the position of my heart and continue to build my relationship with the him! As I have walked with God I have learned that chasing a feeling of emotion is never the way to feel his true presence or seek a true relationship with him, but when you chase God and you chase the desire to have a relationship with him, that is when you start to feel the presence of the Holy Spirit around you. This camp not only guided me into a new season of my life but I was able to meet and become friends with a ton of new people. I truly prayed for each person there including myself to be able to have a change of heart for the Lord, even if it was a small change. Looking around each day and seeing the way people loved one another and cared for each other showed how AMAZING GOD is and how he can bring a whole community together. I not only was able to understand what God has been calling me to do, but I was also able to realize that this is the time to be desperate for God and to build a relationship with him. So as I left camp my three biggest takeaways were these things-
-Don’t chase a feeling, chase God.
-Don’t judge people. We all have our own walk with the Lord.
-When you have a calling that God puts on your heart, don’t let the the world or the devil effect your decision or your thoughts on it, seek out that calling with God by your side.
