(the) MOVE has never been just about fitness. it’s about bringing people together and creating the kind of days you never want to end.

days where movement is just the beginning. where you lose track of time, stay a little longer, and embrace a life well-lived. 🐚🌊✨🩵

Spotted: Riley walking into (the) MOVE… 👀💋

Fall in the South End has officially arrived 🍂✨ and that can only mean one thing: a necessary @gossipgirl rewatch AND a Gossip Girl-themed class with Riley 🤭

Because nothing says fall in the city quite like hot sculpt + hotter gossip.

See you next Sunday, October 4 💌

xoxo,
(the) MOVE crew

Yoga begins where the poses end.

Through my practice, I’ve learned the true value of yoga is outside of a studio, off of the mat. It lives in how we listen, how we respond, how we care for ourselves and others, and how present we are in our day-to-day.

“If our practice is creating flexibility of the body without a corresponding flexibility of the heart, we need to redress the way we conceive of and engage in practice.”- Michael Stone (from ‘The Inner Traditions of Yoga’) ✨🧘🏼‍♀️
