I’m new to this combo Power Snatch into overhead squat. I remember their was a time I couldn’t overhead squat in 2017. I remember Coach Riley saying it’s going to take reps after reps! I thought it’s going to be a while. He was right! 2020 is my year! I’m making some progress🏋️‍♀️#learning #patience #snatch #overheadsquat

CHARLESTON SC has been my home for the last almost two years! I have had the most fun and have met some of the greatest people in my life.
I’m excited to say that I am moving to Boston MA with Orangetheory Fitness next week and wanted to get everyone who is in town together!
Thank you to @jbroome21 and @emilypurraro for letting us post up at @fuelcharleston downtown from 2 to 5pm For anyone and everyone that wants to come through this Sunday January 12th!

Thank you Charleston fam for EVERYTHING!

TWENTY EIGHT // you guys, last year will be hard to beat. i never thought the last 365 days could feel so good! i married my best friend, traveled around Morocco (and slept in the Sahara Desert! 🐪), completed the Ring Road in Iceland (and saw the Northern Lights!✨), and received the promotion I was working towards! I couldn’t have experienced any of this without the help and support from my parents, in-laws, and the best friends! THANK YOU all for being in my life!! I really don’t think 29 can top it but just happy I have one more year in my twenties ☺️🎊

Instagram 💫vs Reality⭐️
.
WOW! Look at me and this crazy new barbell Shrug! This will help you build huge traps and impress all the girls! .
Or the reality (second picture) of trying to take a really cool picture of me doing a exercise I would never use myself or my clients! It may look cool but really it’s just for looks and attention! .
If you’ve noticed I haven’t been posting as much on Instagram because I get tired of throwing the same ole stuff at you. Feeling like I have to put something out there just to get more followers or likes! In reality, my clients speak for me and the job that I try to do for them! My clients have helped me find additional clients to build my book of business, more so than any post I have put out! .
Just remember folks, follow people that put out real content. Content that is actually factual and evidence based! Not the guys and girls that look cool and fit a mold! If you need help looking for people that put out great content, give these guys I tag a follow! 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼
