@rileyintro, a talented musician, challenged me to create a song with him in less than a day. We promised each other that by 12 AM, we would have to stop recording and accept the end result.

This was a great opportunity to let go of the outcome, no matter what it might sound like. Sometimes, creating can be more fun when you focus on the process and let the result present itself.

I also realized that my dream of being a singer will probably never come true. Comment below if you want the song released…

"Do you see that tree? It is dead but it still sways in the wind with the others. I think it would be like that with me. That if I died I would still be part of life in one way or another." Three Sisters, Chekhov (iykyk 😘)
In 2020, I went on a quest for meaning. I longed to find purpose in a world on fire and I found the workshops at the Art of Acting Studio on zoom. In 2021, I followed my childhood dream of studying Stella Adler and moving to Los Angeles to become a star ✨. I stayed for a summer and fell in love with the person I was becoming. And I made the single greatest decision I have ever made in my life-- studying at the @artofactingstudio. Through breakups, breakdowns, and breakthroughs- I grew up in a parking lot in the middle of Hollywood. I fell in love and got my heart shattered in the most beautiful way possible. I met my family. I had an administrative team who raised me to be the best version of me and I had a faculty that saw my big feelings and said
"let me help you with that".
Now, as I sit here at home in New York, I can't help but reflect on the past 3 years.
And I think I figured it out-- the biggest lesson I learned is: be brave, be bold, show up for yourself, show up for your team, and above all love yourself unconditionally so much so that you never ever give up. Even in the darkest moments, DO NOT give up because the next wave is around the corner. Thank you AOA. I have never loved something so much in my life... And that means a lot because I'm from New York ❤️

Happy Diwali 🪔
May the divine light of Diwali shine with peace, prosperity, happiness & good health in all our lives.
I am so thankful. I am a little extra emotional this Diwali. I feel like only recently have I started embracing my Indian roots and Hinduism. Obviously, I had to highlight the outfit (my half Indian, half American outfit) but also the people who have helped me defeat the darkness with light over and over again.
I love you guys.
Bringing blessings into this new season!
