Why we stick to single leg strength training in-season 🏒 🔊👂

#TrainAtNextLevel to #PlayAtTheNextLevel

Already lifting? Good. Now get faster! 💨

Sprinting is how force in the weight room shows up on the field/ice

We train acceleration with the same standard we bring to strength: coached, measured, and progressed

And you should be sprinting weekly whether you’re in your off-season or currently in-season

If you lift at Next Level or at school and want a dedicated speed piece in your week, ask us about our Speed & Agility options

Train with intention. Perform with a different gear. Play at the #NextLevel

Congrats to all of our Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior Academic Awards winners! 👏
A special shoutout to Jeremy Lowe, recipient of the Triple C Scholarship and Brighton Anderson - George H Ball community achievement scholarship —an incredible honor. Not only do these students shine on the ice, but they also excel in the classroom.
Keep up the great work! 🎉📚🏒
