Watching the fleet fly (on Sunday at least!) across Halifax Harbour was a reminder of why we love this evolution of our sport. For Kairos Racing, our high performance program was a breakthrough moment for us, and it could not have happened without an incredible group of collaborators: Foil4All and @wecanfoil - not only bringing foiling and sailing to new communities and creating opportunities for first timers and experienced foilers, but building strong partnerships and a sense of community. Tara MaCaulay, you are a force and a pleasure to work with! @sailgpcan and @sailgp Inspire - The impact of hands-on experiences and insights into the opportunities within SailGP and NorthStar Canada on our aspiring female sailors cannot be understated. @mmaboatschool - the partnership, openness to collaborate and amazing space are so valued. @hfxtidesfc - from allowing your athletes to trade their cleats for lifejackets to hosting us at a nail biting game, you gave athletes from both teams the chance to connect over a shared passion for sport @deepsenseca — the Ocean of Data Challenge: Foil Forward was an amazing initiative, creating a window into the possibilities of the performance data and analytics for the next generation of innovators. Kairos Racing was never built around one event, one program, or one podium. It’s about something bigger, opening doors for female Canadian sailors across every corner of the sailing and marine industry. On the water, in the boatyards, in coaching roles, in data, engineering, and design. SailGP and Halifax showed us what is possible at the peak of our sport when partners invest in performance. Now we need to invest in the pipeline: mentorship, scholarships, internships, and real pathways for girls and women into high performance and marine careers. If your organization works in sailing, marine tech, engineering, or ocean science, we want to talk. Whether it’s mentorship, funding, or simply opening a door, your support helps build the next generation of female sailors, coaches, engineers, and innovators.

Phenomenal second day for the Foil4All Women’s High Performance Camp! Beginning with the Tides game - the stadium was at capacity and pulsing with energy. The game ended in a tie that felt like a win. Great effort and grit by the Tides!! For our athletes, meeting and connecting with the Tides players the day before, and then watching them play was so meaningful. The deeper you get in elite sport, the more you realize we have so much in common, regardless of whether we play on grass, snow or the ocean. Building supportive communities and connections across disciplines is important and impactful. Huge thank you to the @hfxtidesfc for investing in this collaboration. We headed over to the SailGP tech site for an interactive tech tour. Our athletes got their hands on some of the sim equipment and had a taste of the grinder. It was the perfect way to close out our camp - up close and personal in the environment our athletes aspire to be. Thank you to Foil4All , @sailgpcan , @wecanfoil @mmaboatschool for partnering in this amazing program and helping make it all happen

After a day of playing on fast foiling boats with @wecanfoil , we had prime seats with @rkel033 to watch the @sailgpcan “Slow GP” action. Always a valuable experience to get athletes from different sports together making our network stronger - thanks @hfxtidesfc for joining us! We also got a sneak peek of @sailgpnzl ‘s new look!! @sailcanada @sailnovaacotia

~~.._D~~ ODP Clinic at @miamiyachtclub1927 organized by @youthracingcentral & @ussailing. We had an amazing 2 days of clinic and 2 days of racing with the 29er Fleet, a very young and talented group of 30 athletes who did their best for 4 long days. The 29er class is growing again!! Want to thank all the sailors, their parents, and all the other coaches involved for all the effort and dedication to make it happen. Here it is a video with just a fraction of the 2 racing days. Stay in touch, connect if you have any questions and if you want to sail 29ers we are here for you!! @tinosailing @tinocab

Eating pasta and sailing fasta🇮🇹🍝 2024 ISAF Youth Worlds marked the end of my chapter in Laser/ILCA. Looking forward to a new class moving forward and excited for what's to come next. I want to highlight a man who has made a huge difference in my life for the past 4 year. Thank you so much @chriswatters, I don't know where I would've gotten in my sailing, but it definitely wouldn't have been this far without him.
