🦴 Returning Dawg Pound member, but at the college level this time @rileyrandolph359 immediately started contributing freshman year to the ONU soccer team & has started several games!
Dawg Mentality is a lot of things they have in common. They don’t back down to hard things, they are reliable, they are all-in, they are prepared, they find a way to make things happen, they are intentional, they have grit, perseverance, explosiveness, aggressiveness, and effort that show-up on game-day. They train year-round, attend team events, train in-season together, bring more intentional effort to their development; most multiple sport athletes.

You do not rise to the level of the situation, you fall to the level of your training.
Uncommonly committed athletes with uncommon execution & competitive effort predictably produces an uncommon result.

@rileyrandolph359 #rileyranit is athlete number 123 to graduate the program. Riley started with us as an 8th grader and has always had a steady work ethic which has given her massive growth! As an 8th grader, Riley had an athletic rating score of 46.17 (below average) and was not able to make conditioning times. Riley ran with a heart rate monitor to get minutes in red every time we ran 300’s for about a year, never complaining. By sophomore year, Riley was making fast times and running extra conditioning with athletes who were still struggling to make their times; she also increased her athletic rating 30 points to 76.83! Riley improved more than her conditioning in her time with us. Riley’s hex deadlift moved from 110x5 to 250x1, her squat from 45x3 to 180x1, and added 42” to her Powerball throw. Riley also made significant speed improvements , taking more than a second off her 40 time, which took her from running a 6.47 40 to an officially ⚡️fast⚡️ 5.25 40 time! She also added 4.5” to her vertical, 32” to her broad jump, and 60” to broad jump.

Riley’s freshman year she started Varsity, and was awarded “Most Improved”. Sophomore year, she was again a varsity starter. Junior year, she was a team captain and was awarded All-Conference and All-District. Senior year, Riley was a team captain and awarded All-Conference, All-District, and Co-Defensive Player of the Year for Sidney Women’s Soccer Team. Riley continued training with us through the summer, spending extra time on conditioning to get ready for college. She is now a Varsity Player for the ONU Women’s soccer team!

Riley, your leadership and positivity helped shape the initial years of our North location. You were always one of the first to set up drills, assist other athletes, and show up to leadership group. You were all-in on special events, even if you’re no good at decorating Christmas trees we still appreciated the effort 🤣 You weren’t just a leader, you were a positive force for everyone around you! #executedtocompletion
