I don’t talk like I used to
I’ve been washed from the inside out!

Look at what the Lord has done!!!! What started as a seed has now begun to flourish! My year at Ingredients has changed me because Jesus is in it all. The Lord brought me here as he knew exactly what I needed and how much it would truly bless me. He knows how I learn and grow and placed me here as he knew I would thrive. He knows my heart and that I needed a spiritual family to not only encourage but to sharpen me. He knew I needed leaders to look up to and be inspired by. He knows me so well and knew how deeply I would LOVE this place and these people! I am SO thankful for everything he has taught me this year, guided me through and held my hand in. He continues to refine me and invites me to grow closer to him and I can’t wait for this next season of growth! Thank you Lord for the gift ING is to me and for always knowing my heart!

For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future - Jeremiah 29:11

LIFE DUMP!! woo!✨
Oh gosh I don’t know where to start. These past few months have been some of most joy filled moments of my life. My heart is forever changed + I wouldn’t trade it for the world. Aside from the joy, I think I’ve cried more than I have my entire lifetime HA. But my answer still remains the same, I wouldn’t change a second of it. Thank you ALL for walking with me, pouring into me, and loving on me more than I deserve. I can’t wait to walk into ING for a 2nd year + to see how the Lord continues to move through my life. LOVE YOU ALL🩷

Man I am overwhelmed with so many emotions this semester. After working hard on illustrated sermons and getting closer with everyone has just been so sweet. I have had many moments where I’m just like man I love these people so much! I’m so so grateful to have even a small part of my life with these people. Thank you Jesus for growth and for giving me friendships that I needed for this season. Thank you for inspiration and filling my mind with creative things from you.

I am so very beyond grateful for the ministry that is DR and everything I have witnessed going on tour with them. I am so thankful for my friendships I made and the impact we have left on people. God has been so good to me and I want to honor him in everything I do.
This year I have learned a lot about confession and bringing it all to the Lord and he has worked so powerfully through me because of that. We were not created to be alone and God made us so that we could be in communion with each other. And DR people are about the best people to be together with. I love each and everyone of them so dearly and I am so blessed and honored to have amazing friends, mentors, and leaders walking with me everyday. Also a thank you to the Brogans for everything you’ve sacrificed and poured into this ministry! THANK YOU JESUS! 🔑

Ending this tour season with the fullest heart. Being a part of @ingredientsdancecompany and @dancerev has been such a gift and a true honor. What a beautiful and powerful ministry to be a part of. The Lord moved, and he met me in every city. Every stop taught me something new and reminded me how sweet it is to be used by the Lord. So grateful for these friendships and the memories, and I’m so excited for what’s next! 🫶

What a weekend!! God moved in some amazing ways. I felt the Lord so strong at this tour stop and it’s truly because those who come are hungry. They are so ready to have a move of God.
•
This weekend was so bittersweet. Having so many people there to support me and then me getting to support them. @gafastudios is a home for me forever and seeing all my friends dance and get to dance with them again was just so sweet. I am so proud of all the gafa students who have grown so much! Watching them do the showcase made me feel so blessed just to be a small part of their lives.
•
Having my whole family come and experience what I get to do was something so special to me. It was their first time seeing what DR was and is (with the exception of my mom who went once last year). It left them totally amazed and so excited for what is to come.
