There are absolutely NO days off when you’re building a Billion Dollar Brand. 🚀 You have to react to the market, listen to your customer, and move FAST. Sometimes that means pulling off a last-minute Hail Mary — like today’s truckload of products with less than a 24-hour turnaround. 🚛 There’s no time for second-guessing. It’s time to trust your gut, let it be your compass, and own your Billion Dollar Decisions. Every single day, you’re making bets on the future of your business. You weigh the risks, trust your instincts, and make the calls that can change everything. Billion Dollar Dreams do come true! 🦄

I love the chance to wear a safety vest in pursuit of locking down our new Los Angeles warehouse.🚛 Partnering with a logistics team is essentially saying “I do” to a business marriage built on trust, respect, and a shared commitment to how the brand, the team, and the inventory work in tandem on behalf of our customers.📦 From the moment I stepped inside the Rim Logistics Los Angeles warehouse, I knew it was time to push what’s possible.✨ Moving hundreds of pallets of products is no easy feat. I dreamed of the day when a warehouse would replace my first apartment—the place where I once shipped and packed every order by hand.🙋‍♀️ These moments are never lost on me. I’m forever grateful for the opportunity to build, grow, and serve our customers around the world.🌎 Billion Dollar Dreams do come true.🚀

I was honored to serve as a speaker at the “Women in Logistics” annual event. 🇺🇸 It was a dream evening filled with impactful conversation, connection, and inspiration. ✨ Our preferred partner, Rim Logistics, launched this inspiring initiative to spotlight the powerful role women play across every facet of the business. 🙋‍♀️ I’m proud to share the stage with some of the brightest minds in the supply chain industry and to celebrate the powerful impact women continue to make across our industry. 🚛 I look forward to sharing the stage again with more women who love a warehouse—and celebrating how the supply chain touches so many lives, bringing every customer closer to the brand, one product at a time. 📦 Billion Dollar Dreams do come true. 🚀

What an inspiring day at RIM Logistics! 🚛💡 An incredible group of women in logistics gathered — some online and about 30 in the room — for a brand-new format that’s being tested (and already loved!). ✨ Sheila, part-owner of RIM, shared her powerful story. ✨ Sarah shared hers — from overcoming fears to stepping into advocacy. ✨ The group then broke out into sessions, discussed challenges, and shared amazing insights. This is just the beginning — the plan is to take this format on the road and bring even more women into these important conversations. 🙌 #WomenInLogistics #Leadership #SupplyChain #WomenInBusiness #LogisticsCommunity #LetsTalkSupplyChain #Networking
