Details of the @thedallasarboretum on @fujifilmx_us XT-30 ⋆˚꩜｡

I’ve been letting life get in between me and my art lately and I’ve missed having creative practices so much. Finding the time is hard but thank goodness that making the time is possible. ❤︎

For years, I’ve been asked, “Why doesn’t Metta run a yoga teacher training?”
And honestly, I’d always say, “I don’t have time,” because I work full-time as a school teacher.

But a year ago, I took a leap of faith. I dedicated myself to organizing, planning, manifesting, and finding the right team — all to create a space where others can share our passion for teaching yoga.

Today, I am beyond proud to celebrate the very first 2025 Metta Yoga Teacher Training graduates! 🌟

Your dedication, openness, and compassionate hearts inspire us all. You’ve stepped into this sacred work with humility and love, and I can’t wait to see the impact you’ll make in the world.

This journey was about more than just poses — it was about remembering your truth, cultivating presence, and learning how to lead with kindness and care. Witnessing your transformation has been one of the greatest gifts.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible lead teachers — Staci and Caitlin, and our guest instructors Kate, and Kayla — for guiding this training with wisdom, love, and steady presence. Your leadership made this experience truly sacred.

To Phyllis, Cat, Emma, Erin, Jess, and Taylor — congratulations! Your light shines bright, and the world is lucky to have your gentle strength leading the way.

Here’s to this new chapter — may it be filled with growth, love, and purpose. The best is yet to come!

If you're ready to take the leap and transform your life our next training is in June for a summer intensive or January for a winter training!

With all my heart,
Jen

I am so so so proud of our 200HR YTT graduates! 🥹

These ladies have stepped out of their comfort zones, embraced the unknown and stepped into this beautiful practice with arms wide open. They now share a bond with each other that they will always have, thanks to their love of yoga. Their resilience, curiosity and growth was such a beautiful experience for me to witness as a co-teacher trainer these past four months.

Co-leading with @staci413 + @mettayogajen has been a wonderful blessing. Thank you Jen for entrusting us to take on this epic adventure 🙏🏻

@littlemisssunshineyoga + @katemazzayoga_ thank you for your guidance and support for these ladies throughout as well! We couldn’t have done it without you both 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

It has been my honor to help guide you beautiful souls on this journey and I can’t wait to see where it takes you. You are officially Yoga Teachers!!! 🎉 Keep being YOU, shine your light to all you encounter and ALWAYS believe in yourself 🩷🫶🏻🩷🫶🏻🩷🫶🏻
