May 2026

This month was full of time with people close to my heart again. I loved seeing my friends on stage, enjoying art, catching up over coffee and cake and slowly continuing to find myself again.

I celebrated my birthday surrounded by many kind souls and found myself reflecting once again on my life, the choices I’ve made, and the future I’m working towards.

At the same time, life became busier again. I spent a lot of time to studying, university work, my never ending internship and working three jobs again (please end me). Finding a balance between pushing myself too hard and actually getting things done is still a challenge and procrastination was definitely my biggest enemy this month.

Still I feel like things slowly started moving in the right direction. My thoughts became calmer, and I was finally able to see things more clearly. That really helped a lot, even though it doesn’t make every situation easier.

In this month too I was also lucky enough to experience some amazing shows again. I attended the BESIDE ME IN HELL tour and saw ZERA at Dokomi. Every time I spend time around the visual kei community I’m reminded how grateful I am to be part of it. There is something so special about connecting with people who understand and feel things in a similar way. I’m trying very hard to focus on the kind people and continuing to spread love! Thanks to Killing Daze this truly feels like the best time to be a bangya in Europe! What a time to be alive!

Next month I will try not to burn out while getting important things done but also be able to enjoy even more time with friends and family! Ah yes and study like crazy!

Also, am I getting a little out of control with the stickers?

(And I forgot who’s live video it is! Please text me and I will tag you!)

April 2026

Slowly I started finding my strength again and learning how to invest my energy into the people I love. Between long work days and constant movement, I still managed to travel a little.

I was overwhelmed in the best way by how much time I got to spend with friends I rarely see. The Visual Kei Night in Cologne was honestly unforgettable. I don’t think I’ve ever had that much fun dancing before, and I truly hope it happens again someday.

Seeing IC3PEAK in Amsterdam with Kristina was deeply moving. The atmosphere felt powerful, emotional, and slightly terrifying all at once. Sharing that experience with her meant a lot to me.

Celebrating Claudi’s birthday in Halle is slowly becoming a tradition I never want to lose. Eastern Germany has such a quiet beauty to it.

Time with my family also gave me a lot of strength this month. Little by little, I was able to enjoy being around people again, even if I still haven’t fully returned to my old productive self.

The new DIR EN GREY album also feels like the beginning of a new era, and I already can’t wait to experience it live.

More than anything, I’m grateful that I get to share these moments with such wonderful people. I don’t think I’ll ever grow tired of giving love.
