Obsessed with Rosa lip liner by Ring of Color 🌹💋 The shade is absolutely stunning, and the precision is EVERYTHING! 😍 The smooth application makes it so easy to define, shape, and perfect the lips with a clean, flawless finish. Using Rosa on Jade and the results speak for themselves! ✨🤎 A must-have for that perfectly sculpted lip look! 💄

POV: You’re too busy watching this GLAM TRANSFORMATION to hear anything else. 😭🤍 THE BEFORE. THE AFTER. THE SERVE. 🔥

Zoe understood the assignment and then SOME. 🫧✨ Hailey Bieber clean-girl glam inspired by the queens @maryphilips & @mphbeauty… because the face card NEVER declines. 💅🏼

There are days when you leave it all on the line. That’s how I felt walking out of staff meeting today. I looked around at our petite and powerful team and thought:

We held nothing back.

We’ve given this radical, unorthodox, and ever-so-necessary Brunch experience thee BEST of who we are.

The work isn’t done. We are in what we lovingly call the “white water rapids” side of execution. But even before Sept 27th gets here, I can confidently say: The soul, care and intentionality in every detail is UNMATCHED and I’m so incredibly proud. ❤️ Just 16 days Rockstars!

PS: Please help me thank and radically support all of the impact partners making this year’s event AMAZING!!

What if your lip color came with a reminder of exactly who you are? 💄✨

Meet Melissa Polanco, founder of Ring of Color.

Ring of Color was created to help women feel more confident through beauty and small moments of self-care values that connect so closely with the heart of the Rockstar Woman Movement: empowering women, building community, and creating meaningful connections.

That’s why we’re excited to welcome Ring of Color as an Activation Partner for this year’s Rockstar Woman Homecoming Brunch!

Stop by their activation station to explore lip shades, try on your favorites, and choose an affirmation based on how you want to feel that day. 💕

We can’t wait to welcome you into the space!!

Proof that self-doubt doesn’t get the final say.

Small, self-funded, and quiet yet reaching places I only dreamed of. If you have a dream in your heart today, keep going.

Your quiet strength is more powerful than you think. 🤍

What’s in my bag for a Monday? Founder’s Edition!

Starting the first full week of 2026 by being intentional about what I carry with me. These are the essentials that fuel my quiet confidence through the day.

What I’m carrying today:
✨ Our new “Powered by Quiet Confidence” sticker (love these little reminders!)
✨ My pocket calendar: “A Fresh Start, Hello New Year” (setting the vibe!)
✨ My go-to wallet for essentials
✨ A trusty scrunchie (for when focus mode kicks in!)
✨ And of course, my current obsession: Vinyl Lip Lacquer in Ana (named after my incredible mom! 💖)
✨ Ring of Color business cards (always ready!)

This year is all about being present and prepared. What’s in your bag today?
