If there is one move I could master, it just might be the roll. Why ⬇️

It doesn’t matter how big, fast, quick or strong you are. Any player can learn how to to maximize the footwork and how to implement this move in certain areas of the field of certain situations to create space and free their hands.

“SLOW IS SMOOTH, SMOOTH IS FAST”

Efficiency is everything here. Master the footwork, timing and situation and you can get free on anyone.

Small group sessions are live. Get your ROLL dialed with us.
