Trying the HOCATT ozone sauna for my back acne felt like the first real step toward healing.
But what surprised me the most is how many things this treatment supports.
Ozone for skin clarity.
Infrared heat for circulation and muscle relaxation.
Lymphatic activation for detox and bloating.
Frequency microcurrents for inflammation, stress, energy, even hormonal balance.
You feel it in your skin… but also in your mood, your body, your clarity.

For the first time in a long time, my back felt lighter — and so did I.
If you’re on a journey to feel better in your body and your skin, this might be the sign you needed. 🤍**

Время летит…
Когда-то я выходил на поле, держа за руку свою маленькую дочку.
А теперь она — на поле, а я наблюдаю с бровки, с гордостью в глазах.
Жизнь идёт по кругу — и это невероятно красиво.
Time flies…
One day I was walking onto the pitch, holding my little daughter’s hand.
Now she’s the one on the field — and I’m on the sidelines, proudly watching her play.
Life comes full circle, and it’s the most beautiful thing. #football #florida #bocaratón

Шаг за шагом. С азартом, дисциплиной и каплей хаоса — именно так мы строим.
Благодарен за путь, горжусь процессом.
Двигаемся дальше, и впереди только интереснее.
Каждый ребенок стал для меня как семья! 🙏

We gained a great experience last weekend! Despite the losses, I’m proud of our guys for their effort, dedication, and desire to improve. Every game is a lesson, and losses help us learn from our mistakes and come back stronger. I would also like to express my gratitude to @agapesocceracademy for organizing the game. #bocaraton #soccer#soccerflorida #florida
