Everyone knows I’m a gym girly… 🏋🏽‍♀️
Dumbbells, snatches, back squats, front squats, pull-ups… I’m ALWAYS using my hands.

And let’s be real—those grips will tear you up if you’re not taking care of them 👀 Blisters, calluses, tears… all part of the game—but neglecting them? That’s what slows you down.

Lately I’ve been using RipFix “Get The Fix” after my workouts. It’s a soothing balm that helps calm, repair, and protect my skin so I can stay consistent without the pain.

Because strong women take care of their hands too 💅🏽
No tears. No setbacks. Just results.

Taking care of your hands means:
✔️ Better grip
✔️ Less tearing
✔️ Faster recovery
✔️ Staying consistent in your training

Protect your hands so you can keep showing up 💯
