Born from my Harlem roots and years of putting in work. I built RIPPED for people who push through, hold themselves accountable, and keep showing up—in the gym and in life. Every piece carries that mentality.

Whatever you’re going through, stop bitching, get to the gym, and let that shit out. Put the weight on the bar and take some off your mind. 😤💯

You’re not always going to be motivated to train. Some days you’re tired, drained, and simply don’t feel like doing shit.

SHOW UP ANYWAY.

Motivation comes and goes. Discipline is what keeps you moving when the feeling isn’t there. 💯

You don’t have to have your best workout every day—you just have to keep the promise you made to yourself.

Relentless. Intensity. Power. Performance. Endurance. Discipline. 🫡‼️

Seated cable chest flys are great for isolating the pecs while keeping constant tension throughout the movement.

* Constant chest tension: Cables keep resistance on the pecs through more of the range than dumbbells.
* Strong adduction stimulus: Bringing the arms across the body directly trains one of the pecs’ main functions.
* More stability: Sitting reduces your ability to use your legs or body momentum, making it easier to keep the work on your chest.
* Great squeeze: You can get a strong shortened-position contraction at the front without needing extremely heavy weight.
* Easy to control: You can adjust the cable height and arm path to find a comfortable line of pull.
* Good hypertrophy accessory: Works well after heavy presses when you want additional chest volume without loading another pressing movement heavily.
