Some goodbyes are harder than others. ❤️

After teaching over 1,000 classes, it’s time for me to hang up the mic.

@katie_rippedphl took a chance on me back in 2020, and I will never stop being grateful for that. Since then, we’ve truly been through it all together. From teaching through COVID with masks and dividers, to Katie and I painting the studio black ourselves (thanks for the random one day idea @_ltoliveira 🤣), to introducing Strength classes, giving The Summit its facelift and rebrand, creating new tread formats and writing more tread programs than I can count (yes… mine are the easiest, or so I’ve been told 😏), and launching Sculpt Lab.

But what I’ll miss most is all of you.

This community has celebrated with me, challenged me, laughed with me, and reminded me week after week why I fell in love with teaching in the first place. Every sweaty high five, every milestone, every class. You all made this so much more than a workout.

We’ve got two Tuesdays left together, and I’d love to see as many of you there. Let’s make them count. 🎊

And knowing Katie, she’s already reminding me this isn’t really goodbye because she knows I won’t be able to stay away for long.

Thank you, Ripped. For taking a chance on me, for trusting me to help shape what this place became, and for giving me a community I’ll always be grateful for. ❤️
