Own grid post for this one!

I set a goal to hit 500 classes by the block party. And I did. It was the greatest test of my endurance and self discipline I’ve done (so far). To achieve this I had to do.. a lot. 🤪 We had been in September 11 days by the block party and as of posting this I’ve taken 24* (forgot our watch once lol) classes in 11 days. The gym is an hour away.. lots of 6am, drive home, work, drive back, - ‘repeat and refine’ as they say in the studio.
I mentioned my goal to a few people - mainly those in the photo, and not a single person doubted me. In fact, the greatest compliment I got back that kept me going was “well, if there’s anyone that’s going to do it, it would be you. “
Every ache, every pain, the lack of sleep, all of it was worth it to have achieved a goal that would’ve intimidated many.
There’s also so many undertones!!! I almost quit. So. Many. Times. There were MANY cancellations to get here too.
In the end, I did it. Surrounded and encouraged by the very best. I am exhausted, I am accomplished. 🥹
Funny though. This started off as a way to achieve looking as good as possible for a meet and greet with Big Mama. The reality is that it’s really about choosing to do this when it’s hard, when it’s easy, when it’s raining, when my job has maxed me out - we still go.

Amazing spin class with Instructor Courtney at @risecyclefitco 🚴‍♀️✨ The energy in that room was awesome!! So happy to have classes like this in Beaverton. Big thank you to @pdxstay.fc for hosting! 🤗
Fueled up right after at @gangnam.teriyaki_official just a few doors down it! Their Jajangmyeon is exactly how I like it - thick, rich sauce and hearty chunks of meat. 🤩🤤

There’s a new fitness studio in Beaverton that provides cycling classes – plus, sculpt and barre classes all in one place — it’s called @risecyclefitco

And in one of my latest KOIN Conversations, I was joined by two of the founders of Rise — @little.redrider and @spin_whit_me
