Thanks for the mmrs @risenationph 🫶, I had so much fun in this little playground (155 climbs to be exact - yes I counted them haha). This has been my outlet to express my frustrations in life but also my avenue to celebrate my wins. Whew I will miss you all... and I will miss teaching!!! Sharing some of the snippets during my class- and that epic moment when I lost my mic during the last song (I have bad luck talaga ata)

Officially taking a break from my instructor era. Will be cheering everyone off the podium, just like how I started. You guys rockkkk!

Peace out, see you around 🤟👹

Can I tell you a secret?

I hated my first Base Climb at @risenationph. For that matter, I hated the first yoga class I ever took. (And now I’m absolutely obsessed with both lol)

I have this rule for myself: try something at least 2 to 3 times before quitting. Because the first time is ALWAYS going to be tough. You have no idea of what’s happening, your body isn’t used to the movements, and of course you’ll most likely look like a clueless idiot especially next to the people who’ve done this before.

When was the last time you gave something a second chance? 😉

(P.S. Except for relationships lol, there’s usually a reason it ended in the first place! 😝)

✨Mid year goal update: Literally 6 months ago, I decided I wanted to take my fitness journey seriously but with my own lil twist on it. 💙👟💪🏻My overall goal was to see an improvement in my happiness and wellbeing. Woo wee! Are we on the right track! As someone that gets stressed out easily with time pressures, I didn’t realize how much my body could do until I focused on putting it through different challenges and paying more attention to how I felt. I’m definitely stronger, more flexible and most importantly happier 😊☀️

Thank you for letting me use you as my gym journal! 🫶🏻😚
