Consistency, slow progressions, connecting & listening to your body, pushing past the noise in your head and showing up will always be what we are most proud of!

Some snippets of our Strong class from last night… it’s been an honour watching our clients grow alongside us!

One whole year of Rise Pilates! ✨🤍

What a year it’s been. We’re so proud to celebrate 1 year of Rise Pilates and the incredible community that has made it what it is.

A huge shoutout to our amazing owners for bringing the vision to life, our incredible instructors for filling the studio with energy, expertise and good vibes, and of course, our wonderful clients who show up, move, laugh and make Rise Pilates feel like such a special place.

We absolutely LOVE our Pilates community and the vibe you all bring into the studio every day. 🫶

Our amazing instructor @kimberleyfrobb_pilatesandlife taking our ladies through the ever popular “Cheeky” class, designed to hit those lower body feels! Slow, controlled movement, utilising the booty bands for a little extra spice 🔥 and the sneaky cardio hit at the end!
