These are the 10 things you MUST do before coming to our dance class…

1. Show up.
That’s it. That’s the list. 🙌
We’ll handle the other 9.

The steps, the counts, the coordination, the “wait… LEFT or RIGHT???” moment… all of it. 💀

Just bring yourself. We’ll bring the choreography. 🫡💃

WE ARE EXPANDING 📈 New class in zone 1📍

Always wanted to dance but never knew where to start? This class is for you😎👊

Designed for complete beginners and those with very little dance experience, this course gives you the chance to slow down, build confidence and actually develop your dancing.

No pressure to “just keep up”. Just a safe, supportive space where you can learn at your own pace and actually understand the movement.

Saturdays 9:30am - 10:30am
@createdestroystudios Marylebone

The focus is quality over quantity — learning not just the steps, but how to execute them with intention, individuality and style.

By the end, you’ll have learnt a longer routine to a section of a song and, more importantly, developed the foundations and skills to keep progressing.

No experience needed. Just bring yourself, your energy and a willingness to learn. 🕺🔥

✨ Why are you dancing Side by Side? ✨

In the lead up to our show, we’ll be sharing voices from our incredible performers as they tell us why they’re part of DS: Side by Side 2026.

For some, it’s about self-expression.
For others, it’s about confidence, creativity, friendship, or simply the joy of moving.

At Dance Stables, we believe dance gives people a voice — a space to explore who they are, tell their stories, and connect with others.

Today, listen to your DS Primcipal Cara share her reasons for stepping onto the stage this year.🧡 @clh.moves

Behind the scenes at DS: Through the Decades 2026

Months of planning.
Weeks of rehearsals.
Countless costume changes.
One unforgettable show day!

DS: Through the Decades was everything we hoped it would be and more.

To our dancers — thank you for your commitment, courage, and passion.

To our families — thank you for every lift, costume, rehearsal, and word of encouragement.

And to our DS community — thank you for making Dance Stables feel like so much more than a dance school.

Here’s a glimpse of the moments behind the curtain. 💛

🎥 Thank you @moment.haus.media for capturing these magical moments with our DS Family! 🙌🏽✨
