August apparently decided to happen **very quickly** this year 😂 so yes…we are posting our August Special Events calendar a little later than intended.

Some of these lovely things have already happened, but we still have a few more gatherings waiting for you before we say goodbye to the month:

🌿 **Sunday, August 23** — Intro to Ikebana + Ikebana Sogetsu Study w @wideislandstudio
🌕 **Saturday, August 29** — Full Moon Ceremony w @risingphoenixmetaphysics
🫖 **Friday, September 4** — our August Tea & Tarot w @mishakitty78 making a fashionably late appearance in September

If you’ve been meaning to come spend some time with us, learn something beautiful, sit in circle, make flowers do impossible-looking things, or just get out of the house and be around good humans…here’s your sign. ❤️

Message us if you’d like details or help figuring out which event is right for you.

And thank you to everyone who has already joined us this month. We really do love the wonderfully eclectic little community that gathers under this roof. 🌿✨

As we celebrate the Flower Moon this weekend, here are some lessons it teaches:

It’s all about letting go of disappointments and remembering that rejection is protection.
In other words, when things don’t work out the way we want them to, we’re being directed to something better for our soul’s growth.

🔥🌿 Beltane Blessing 🌿🔥
May your fire burn bright,
May your heart open wide,
And may the seeds you’ve planted
Bloom into something wild and beautiful.

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🌹🌸💐🌺🌷🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Beltane is a celebration of life, passion, and possibility — a sacred turning point where we honor the fire within us and the energy that brings our desires to life.

It’s a reminder that you are allowed to feel alive.
To create.
To expand.
To step fully into who you’re becoming.

Let yourself be seen.
Let yourself bloom. 🌸🔥✨

May the fires of Beltane ignite your inner light.
Your passion.
Your purpose.
Your true, divine might!

🌕🌸 Pink Moon in Libra — Moonlight Circle

Quick check-in…

When was the last time you felt truly balanced?
Not just “getting through the day”…
but actually grounded, clear, and at ease in yourself?

Because if your answer is somewhere between
“uhh…” and “I don’t remember”…
this circle is for you. 👀

The Pink Moon is all about soft resets — gentle new beginnings, emotional renewal, and letting yourself start again without pressure.

And in Libra?
We’re working with the energy of balance, relationships, and coming back into alignment — especially where you’ve been overgiving, overthinking, or running on empty.

✨ This is your chance to:
💖 Let go of emotional weight you’ve been carrying
🧠 Quiet the mental noise and find clarity
⚖️ Rebalance your energy (without burning everything down first)
🫂 Feel supported, seen, and not alone for once

At Rising Phoenix Moonlight Circles, we don’t do surface-level self-care.
We create real space to breathe, release, and reset — together.

Guided meditation.
Sound healing.
Ritual release.
Moon tea.
Actual human connection.

🌕 Breathe. Release. Rise.
🌕 Sacred circle. Shared light.

If you’ve been feeling off, stretched thin, or just ready for something to shift…

✨ This is your moment. ✨

Spots are limited (and they do fill), so if you’re thinking about it…
that’s probably your sign 😉

👉 Grab your spot now:
📅 Date: Saturday April 4th
🕰 Time: 7pm
📍 Location: Cypress Pillar Healing Arts (and Virtually)
🎟 Tickets in the comments ⬇️

Life can be a lot.
Especially right now.

That’s why self-care is so important.

Sometimes something as simple as a smoke cleanse can change the energy around you.

So grab those candles, matches, and your favorite things to burn!

A wise friend told me that March 4th is a Holiday.

Because today is the day you should MARCH FORTH
March Forth toward your best life!
March Forth toward your higher self!
March Forth toward what you are becoming!

Do it with your head held high!
Because you are fabulous, powerful, and a badass!

Now, go spread your delicious, DIVINE goodness all around like the magical glittery creature you are!
xoxo

Rising Phoenix Moonlight Circles are guided Full Moon Meditations and Ceremonies created to support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and intentional community.

Each circle blends breathwork, meditation, ritual release, sound healing, and sacred gathering to help participants slow down, let go, and reconnect with themselves and one another under the light of the full moon.

Rising Phoenix Moonlight Circles are not about fixing you — because you are not broken.

They are about remembering who you are, releasing what weighs you down, and rising together — one moon at a time.

Hosted only at Cypress Pillar Healing Arts

Stephen Jay here, your own personal Phoenix. Here to help you rise toward your best life.

I want to talk about hope. But not in the way you may be thinking. I’m not talking about the wish upon a star, the sun will come out tomorrow hope.

🌙🔥 Hope Isn’t Naive 🔥🌙

Hope isn’t pretending everything is fine.
It isn’t bypassing pain or slapping a smile over fear.

Right now, in the United States, people are scared.
They’re angry.
They’re grieving what’s being lost, threatened, or stripped away.
That fear is real. That anger makes sense.

And still… hope remains.

But not the delicate kind.
Not the soft, breakable kind people imagine.

Hope has dirt on her face.
Blood on her knuckles.
The grit of pavement tangled in her hair.

She’s been knocked down before — and she gets back up anyway.
She plants her feet, dusts herself off, and says:
“I can do this all day.”

This kind of hope doesn’t deny the darkness.
It looks straight at it and refuses to surrender.
It’s the choice to keep caring.
To keep loving.
To keep standing up for one another, again and again.

Hope is not fragile.
Hope is stubborn.
Hope is resistance.

And as long as we keep rising — together — it cannot be extinguished.

🔥✨
