Today, I am grateful for:

Practicing gratitude during difficult times leaves us feeling more satisfaction, and less anxious. I like to remind myself daily of the things in my life that make me want to get up and greet the day, no matter how I’m feeling physically.

Today, I’m grateful for:
1.) my dogs who keep me company and are always glad to see me
2.) my new bifocals which have given me back my vision post-cataracts
3.) the @revivesuperfoods smoothies gifted to me by my family, which are delicious and nutritious — very helpful when nauseous
4.) a nice long talk (by phone) with my little brother
5.) my sweet husband making me coffee, just the way I like it

Practice gratitude and share it with others — it’s contagious!

Tell me what you’re grateful for; I’m listening! Wishing you love and abundance.
